Every movement you do needs the entirety of you.

Everything is Connected.

At Integrity, we specialize in finding the driver of your pain so you get lasting benefits from the treatment. We are not chasing pain, we are chasing the cause of pain.

Jagisha is amazing!  I saw her with a chronic problem that had caused me pain for years, and that had been unsuccessfully treated by others.  She has excellent technical skills and a complex understanding of the human body.  She listened carefully, performed an examination and quickly diagnosed the source of the problem - which was far from the location of the pain.  She provided clear and simple explanations of what she was doing and why.  Her treatment plan was very effective, and I couldn’t be more impressed

The approach also helps restore function and greatly reduces the risk of recurrence in conditions like low back pain, hip pain, shoulder impingement, rotator cuff injuries, plantar fasciitis or any pelvic floor conditions like leaks, pelvic organ prolapse, urgency or pelvic pain.

As a certified Internal Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, she helps women restore pelvic floor functions during pregnancy or postpartum. She takes an integrated approach to treat conditions like Sacro-Iliac pain, hip pain, tailbone pain, incontinence, urgency, pelvic pain due to pelvic floor insufficiencies, especially during pregnancy or after childbirth.

Jagisha completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (2006) from one of the top medical institutions in India and followed it up with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (specialization in Neurology).

She has been living in Canada with her family since 2012 and has been practicing as a Physiotherapist since 2015.

She counts uncovering the underlying causes of symptoms as one of her superpowers and believes in treating them with facilitation, core activation and exercises focused on those underlying causes. This is what has helped her clients gain long term benefits.

Jagisha enjoys spending time in nature, and loves camping and hiking. She also likes sketching and developing new skills every year.

Jagisha always looks forward to helping people enhance the integrity of their body.
